This guide explains how to update fonts, colors, and background styles across your event website and registration form.
Website theme
To access website theme settings, go to Event Website Builder and select Update Website Theme.
From here, you can customize:
Colors: set individual colors for the accent, title, text, background, and button text.
Title font and title size.
Body font and body size.
You can also change your template or add custom CSS from this panel.
💡 Tip: Make sure text colors contrast clearly with your background color so your event details stay easy to read.
How to edit the hamburger menu or mobile RSVP/Register button
The RSVP button (displayed on mobile) and the hamburger menu are controlled by the accent color setting, and body text on event website blocks is controlled by the Text color setting.
Cover block
The cover block is the first section guests see when they visit your event URL. Most organizers keep it simple, including only the event title, date and time, and address.
To customize the cover block, click its pencil icon.
From there, you can:
Add a cover image, or add multiple images to create a slideshow. For recommended image sizing and more best practices, see this guide.
Set the image format to cover and zoom or fit and scale.
Turn on block shadow & overlay, and optionally add a headline text shadow and an overlay color.
Edit the title and sub-title text and the text color.
Set the title font and title size, and separately the sub-title font and sub-title size.
💡 Note: Font and size changes in the cover block settings apply only to the cover block, not to other blocks. Uploaded images automatically resize to the height of the device, and optional text is fixed to the bottom-left corner of the block and can't be repositioned.
How to remove the cover block
The cover block is optional. To disable it, toggle off the cover block button in the added blocks section.
Form theme
To access form theme settings, go to Form Builder and select Update Form Theme.
From here, you can customize:
Background: upload an image or select a solid color.
Logo: add an event or organization logo, and set the logo size.
Colors: set individual colors for the accent, text, background, button, and button text.
Title font and body font.
You can also add custom CSS from this panel. For a full walkthrough on adding a background image to your registration form, see the background image guide.
Text, image, and video blocks
Text, image, and video blocks can be customized the same way on both the event website and the event form.
To change a block's background color:
Click the pencil icon in the top-left corner of the block.
Select the background color option.
Choose your desired color.
To change text size or color within a block:
Click directly on the text inside the block.
A pop-up editor bar will appear.
Use the editor bar to adjust the text size or color.
