Custom CSS

What is custom CSS?

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets and is used to style and format web pages. For example, CSS can be used to define the shape, size, and color of an element or snippet of text.

RSVPify uses CSS to format your page. RSVPify's default CSS styles are fully customizable and can be overwritten to allow greater control over the look and feel of your RSVPify event page.

Does RSVPify support CSS?

While RSVPify provides the capability to overwrite our default CSS styles to give you greater control of the styling of your event page, we are unable to support non-default 'official' RSVPify CSS.

How do I add custom CSS to my event website?

There are two places where you can add custom CSS: your wall theme and the form theme. However, even if you add it to only one theme it will also affect the other one.

How to do it? Navigate to > Event Website Builder / Form Builder > Update Website Theme / Form Theme > Add Custom CSS. After adding click Save and if your event was in publish mode, re-publish it.

Although it is a great way of styling your page, we recommend that you only apply custom CSS if you are well-versed in the use of CSS and have fully tested your customization(s).
