💡 Are you a guest trying to RSVP?
See I'm a guest and can't find or access an event instead.
Most common causes
Incorrect URL. Confirm that guests are entering the exact URL for your event. A single typo can send them to the wrong page. If a guest believes they already submitted an RSVP but you have no record of it, they may have accidentally RSVPed to a different event with a similar URL.
"Sorry, we couldn't find your invitation" error. This message appears when the Find My Invitation block is enabled and a guest's last name does not match the guest list. See What is the 'Find my invitation' block? for details.
Guest is searching instead of navigating. Some guests may type the URL into a search engine rather than the browser's address bar. RSVPify does not index all events in Google, so a search may return no results. The URL must be entered directly into the address bar to open the RSVP form.
Guest is treating the URL as an email address. RSVPify URLs are not email addresses. Emails sent to a website URL will bounce. Guests should paste the URL into a browser's address bar, not into an email client.
Less common causes
Limited Capacity is enabled. If the Limited Capacity setting is turned on, registration closes automatically once the acceptance limit is reached. If this was enabled unintentionally, the event may appear closed to guests. Disable this setting in the settings drawer of your ticketing or RSVP block.
Ad-blocker or browser plugin interference. If the RSVPify form is embedded on a third-party website, a guest's ad-blocker or browser extension may block RSVPify cookies and prevent the form from advancing. Ask the guest to try a different browser or disable any plugins that block embedded content.
Custom domain with URL masking enabled. If a custom domain (.com, .net, etc.) is in use with URL masking enabled, some browsers' security settings may prevent guests from completing the RSVP process. See our custom domain article for more information.
Cookies are blocked. RSVPify uses cookies to process form submissions. If a guest has cookies disabled, the form may not submit correctly. The guest should enable cookies in their browser settings or switch to a different browser. In Safari, go to Preferences > Privacy and set Block cookies and other website data to Never.
IP address blocked by RSVPify's firewall. In rare cases, RSVPify's firewall may flag and block a user's IP address due to suspected suspicious activity. If this may be the cause, contact the RSVPify Support Team for assistance.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, the RSVPify Support Team is available to help diagnose the problem.
