Updated over a week ago

To access your email reports, go to email communications > sent

Then, select your email to view the reporting. Within the report window, you can export the report to a CSV file:

Email Status Descriptions:

βœ… Sent:

The count of unique emails the message was sent to.

πŸ‘οΈ Opened:

The count of the unique number of recipients who have opened your email. Open rates can be artificially triggered, and may not be 100% accurate. Learn more here.

⏰ Deferred:

The unique count of email deliveries that are having issues being delivered to. Learn more here.

❌ Bounced:

A bounce occurs when a message fails to deliver successfully. There are two types:

  • Soft Bounces: These are temporary delivery failures, often caused by issues like full mailboxes or temporarily offline mail servers.

  • Hard Bounces: These represent permanent failures in delivery, signaling issues such as non-existent email addresses, non-existent domain names, or recipients who have blocked delivery.

Examples of hard bounces include:

  • The email address does not exist on the server.

  • The domain name is non-existent.

  • The recipient actively blocked delivery.

Learn more about avoiding high bounce rates here.

🚫 Unsubscribed:

The number of recipients who unsubscribed from you from this specific mailing. Learn more about unsubscribes here.

⛔️ Suppressed:

Emails that were not sent because they previously bounced or unsubscribed.
