Sent out your invitations (or any other campaign) and noticed that some of your emails 'bounced'? This means they were undeliverable to your guest. We'll walk you through the simple steps on how to correct this and ensure these guests receive your invitation.
Step 1: In your event's left navigation menu locate Email Communications and from there select Sent
Email reports will show on this page. You can learn more about email reports HERE.
If there are any bounces, they will show on this page. To fix them and re-send the email, select 'View & Fix'.
Step 2: Enter new email addresses and resend the email
