How to Ungroup Invited Guests

Guests grouped together in your Invite List can be separated into individuals, either by removing them from the group or by re-importing with an updated Group ID.

Remove a guest from a group

  1. In the Invite List, locate the group and click into it.

  2. Click the trash icon next to the guest's name to remove them from the group.

  3. Click the + Add Guest icon on the right-hand side of the Invite List to add the guest back in as an individual.

Once added this way, the guest appears at the top of the Invite List as a newly added individual, with no further connection to the group they were removed from.

Use a spreadsheet re-import instead

Update the guest's Group ID in the spreadsheet you used for your original list import, then re-import it. Learn more in In the import process, what is a 'Group ID' and why do I need it?
