Canceling a guest's appointment as the event host

Event hosts can cancel a registrant's appointment directly from the event dashboard.

Registrants can cancel or reschedule their own appointments, and as the event host you can also cancel an appointment from the backend of your event. Here's how:

  1. Go to Guest responses → All Responses. In your event's left navigation menu, select Guest responses, then All Responses. You'll see the list of existing registrations.

  2. Find the appointment you want to cancel. Click the registrant's submission to open the details they entered when registering, then click Edit Replies.

  3. Change the reply to "Not Attending." In the dropdown menu just below the registrant's name, select Not Attending and save your changes. The appointment is now canceled.​
