Uploading your own images to your event

RSVPify makes it easy to add your own photos, invitations, or custom graphics to your event.

Images can be added across the event website builder, form builder, and email campaigns.

Image requirements

All uploaded images must meet the following requirements:

  • File format: .jpeg or .png

  • File size: under 2 MB

Event website

Cover block

The cover block is the first thing guests see when they visit your event URL. It's a great place to set the tone with a custom image or branded graphic.

To add an image to the cover block:

  1. Click the pencil icon on the cover block.

  2. Click Add an Image.

  3. Select and upload your image.

Uploading multiple images to the cover block automatically creates a slideshow.

💡 Recommended image size: 1800 px wide by 1830 px tall. For more best practices, see Design Best Practices and Recommendations.

Text block

The text block supports both written content and images. To add an image:

  1. Click into the text box.

  2. Click the + button inside the text block.

  3. Click the image icon.

  4. Locate and upload your image.

Image block

The image block is designed specifically for photos and graphics. Like the cover block, it supports multiple images and slideshow display.

  1. Click the + icon to add the image block to your event page.

  2. Click the pencil icon on the block to open the block settings.

  3. Click Add an Image.

Form builder

You can add images to several areas of the form builder. To add a background image to the form, see how to add an image to the background of your registration form.

Welcome message block

The welcome message block supports images alongside text. Click the + button and upload your image. Many organizers use this space for a custom RSVP graphic or event-specific design element.

Image and text block

The image and text block works the same way as the text block in the event website builder. Click the + button and upload your image.

Important: Each block is its own step in the form. Use image and text blocks sparingly and purposefully so you don't confuse guests mid-registration.

Confirmation screen and not attending screen

Both the confirmation screen and the not attending screen support custom images. Add an image and text block to either screen and upload your image the same way as above.

Email invitations and campaigns

Images can be added directly in the email builder. To insert an image into an email:

  1. Navigate to Email > New Email.

  2. Position your cursor where you want the image to appear in the email body.

  3. Click the + icon on the left side of the email builder.

  4. Click the insert image icon.

  5. Select and insert your image.
