RSVPify & limited capacity events

Updated over a year ago

Hosting an event with limited capacity is quite a common demand these days. Fortunately, with RSVPify, this can be set up in just a few minutes!

Step 1: Open Form Builder from the event's left navigation menu

The RSVP or the ticketing block will be on the right side of your screen. Go to the Settings of your primary block to make further changes and enable the limited capacity option on your event.

Step 2: Enable the event capacity limit option and set this limit

Once these steps are completed, your event will be closed for new registrations after the limit is reached.

Step 3 (Optional): Set the capacity limitations for the individual selections in the ticketing block
RSVPify also allows you to set capacity limits for each of your selections. You can do so by clicking on the settings icon next to those selections and then enabling the "Limited Number Available" option:

Once these limits are reached, the ticket tier(s) will close and no longer accept new registrations/RSVPs. You can keep track of the available number of tickets in your event's dashboard.
