What is an email credit?
Email credits set a monthly limit on the emails you can send on your plan. This covers any email you send from the email tool, but not automated emails like confirmation emails or automatic reminders.
One email credit equals one email sent.
Why is there a limit on email credits?
The monthly allotment helps prevent spammers from using RSVPify to mass-distribute harmful emails. Each email also carries a real cost, since we use a third-party enterprise partner to process them for maximum deliverability.
Check how many credits you have left
In the top-right corner of your screen, click the dropdown next to your profile picture and select My Account.
Find the Email Credits bar to see how many credits you have remaining.
