Sending emails from your organization's domain

RSVPify Enterprise customers can send platform emails from a custom organizational email address instead of the default [email protected].

This guide explains how the email whitelabeling add-on works and what's needed to get started.

Requirements

  • An active RSVPify Enterprise plan

  • Purchase of the email whitelabeling add-on

  • Your organization's IT team available to configure domain-level DNS settings

How it works

RSVPify assigns a dedicated technology team member to work directly with your IT team. Together, they configure the domain-level settings required for RSVPify to digitally sign and deliver emails on your organization's behalf.

RSVPify provides up to 6 CNAME entries, including the host and value for each. Your IT team adds these CNAME records to the DNS settings of the domain you want to use. This typically takes around two minutes. RSVPify then verifies the configuration once your IT team has added the records.

The exact CNAME records are provided by RSVPify's engineering team after the agreement is executed and initial configuration is underway.

Maximizing email deliverability

To ensure the highest possible deliverability, RSVPify recommends whitelisting the IP addresses of RSVPify's email delivery servers within any existing SPF, DKIM, and/or DMARC records configured on your domain. RSVPify provides these IP addresses to your IT team alongside the relevant CNAME entries.
