Where is the decline option located?
The decline option appears in the RSVP block of your form, as shown below.
Why is the decline option not showing?
The decline option is hidden when the Can't Make It toggle has been turned off in the RSVP block settings. To re-enable it:
Go to Form Builder.
Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the RSVP block to open its settings.
Toggle on the Can't Make It option.
Save your changes, then republish your event if it is already live.
