Follow these steps if you want to include titles in your RSVP form.

​Step 1: Locate Form Builder in your event's left navigation menu
From there, locate the primary block (RSVP or ticketing) on the right side of your screen. Go to the settings of the primary block.

Step 2: Enable title requirement in the settings of the primary block

You can choose between two options:

Request Guest Titles/Salutations - guests will be able to select a title but that field will be optional.

Make Required - Titles will be required from guests and they will need to select a title before proceeding the form.
