When you create your event, it will be, by default, set up to collect the first and last name of each guest who responds to your invitation. However, if you are looking to just get a headcount of attendees, you can set up your RSVPify form to collect one 'primary' guest name and a simple count of how many guests are in their party.
Setting this up is really easy and can be done in a few simple steps:
Step 1: Go to the settings of your RSVP/Ticketing block
Navigate to your Form Builder via Customize > Form Builder and from there open the settings drawer of your RSVP/Ticketing block.
Step 2: Toggle of 'Collect Name(s) for Each Selection' option for every RSVP option/ticket tier
Locate the 'Collect Name(s) for Each Selection' option for every individual RSVP option/ticket tier and toggle it off.
Step 3: Save
Save the changes and test your form to make sure everything works the way you want it to. If your event was already published, you will need to republish it for the changes to go live.
