Check your spam folder

Already checked your spam folder and could not locate the email? Skip to step 2.

1. Locate your Junk/Spam email folder.

2. Select the message from RSVPify.

3. On the Home tab, click Junk, and then click Not Junk or Mark as Not Junk.

Add RSVPify email addresses to the safe senders list with Junk E-mail Options

1. Click Home > Junk > Junk E-mail Options.

2. In the Junk E-mail Options dialog, click the Safe Senders tab, and then click the Add button.

Add the following domains:

@rsvpify.com

@rsvpify.org

Or the following emails:
โ€‹[email protected]

Add RSVPify to your contacts

1. Create a contact for RSVPify

2. Add the following emails to the new contact:

Still having trouble?

Your email's security may be quarantining the emails. Reach out to your IT team and ask them to release them and allow future emails from RSVPify.
