Some RSVPify features are only available on higher plan tiers. If a prompt is blocking you from publishing, your event uses one or more features that aren't included in your current plan, whether you're on the free plan or a lower paid tier.
You have two options: remove the features that aren't included, or upgrade to a plan that includes them. The publish prompt tells you exactly which features are involved, so you only need to address those.
To remove a feature, find it in the matching section below. You only need the features named in your prompt.
Event Settings
These features are managed under Setup > Event Settings.
Tags
Tags let you segment and filter guests. This is a premium feature on some plans.
Go to Setup > Event Settings > Manage Tags & Custom Data Fields.
Click the trashcan icon next to each tag you want to delete. You can also delete tags in bulk.
Additional languages
Additional languages and translations are a premium feature.
Go to Setup > Event Settings > Languages & Translations.
Click the trashcan icon next to the additional language and confirm.
Event password / invitee passcodes
Password-protecting your event registration page is a premium feature.

Ticket types (product tiers)
Multiple ticket types or product tiers are a premium feature.
Go to Setup > Form Builder.
Open the settings drawer of the ticketing block.
Delete each tier or ticket type by clicking the trashcan icon next to it.
Save the block.
Limited capacity
Limited capacity lets you set a maximum number of attendees and requires a higher plan tier. Capacity limits can be set on ticket tiers and on other block options, so check any block where you've set a limit.
Go to Setup > Form Builder.
Open the settings drawer of the block with the capacity limit (for example, a ticket tier) and disable limited capacity.
Save the block.
Premium blocks
Some blocks require a higher plan tier, including custom questions, the waiver question type, secondary events, and the note from guest block. To remove any of them:
Go to Setup > Form Builder.
Locate the block and click its settings icon.
Select Remove and confirm.
💡 Note: Deleting a question also removes any responses already collected for it. Export your guest data first if you need to keep those responses.
Theming
These features are managed in your Website theme or Form theme.
Logo
A custom logo on your form is a premium feature.
Go to Setup > Form Builder > Update Form Theme.
Click the trashcan icon in the logo section.

Go to Event Website Builder > Update Website Theme, or Form Builder > Update Form Theme.
Under the CSS section, select Remove Custom CSS.
Save.
