Can't access RSVPify.com? Here's what to do

If you can't reach any pages on RSVPify.com, your IP address may have been blocked by RSVPify's firewall. Here's why that happens and how to fix it.

Why access may be blocked

RSVPify's firewall occasionally blocks an IP address (the unique number assigned to every internet-connected device) if it detects suspicious activity originating from that address. This is a protective measure and happens rarely.

A blocked IP address will prevent access to RSVPify.com, all RSVPify events, and all related resources from that device or network.

How to get unblocked

  1. Find your public IP address by searching what is my IP address on Google.

  2. Open a support ticket with RSVPify.

  3. Include your public IP address in the ticket so the team can investigate and restore access.

Important: Be sure to include your public IP address in the support ticket. Without it, the team won't be able to identify the blocked address and resolve the issue.

Once the support team reviews the ticket, they'll be able to assist with unblocking access.
