How do I launch RSVPify’s Check-in Suite once I've collected registrations?

My registrations are collected with RSVPify - now I'm ready to ready to check-in my guests.

Launching RSVPify's Check-in Suite is a simple follow-up to collecting event registrations. See steps outlined in the how-to video below and the three-step written explanation below the video.

Step 1: Setup Devices and Event Staff

If you plan to have more than one device at check-in on the day of your event, you will need to event staff. See this guide on how to add event staff to your event. Please make sure that any mobile devices planning to use check-in have downloaded the Check-in Suite apps (iOS and Android apps available) before the day of the event.

Note: The number of event staff and devices allowed varies by plan tier. You can check the number of available event staff in each plan through our upgrade page.

Step 2: Opt to Resend Confirmation Emails to All Guests

If you think your guests would appreciate another email confirming details of their registration, you can opt to resend confirmation emails to all guests. To do this, head to your Dashboard, then select all attendees and under Actions, click Confirmations. Note: this is completely optional, and not required to launch the check-in suite.

You can also design a custom email to be sent from RSVPify to all registered guests. More on this at the guide below. Note: this is completely optional, and not required to launch the check-in suite.

Step 3: On the day of your event, check in your guests

RSVPify's event check-in software is available for desktops, iOS devices and Android devices. You can check in guests by scanning their QR code or searching by guest name, confirmation code or email address.
