I'm not able to publish. How do I remove premium features?

Here's how to remove premium features to be able to publish your event:

Product Tiers

  1. Setup > Form Builder

  2. Open the settings drawer of the ticketing block

  3. Delete product tiers/ticket types by clicking on the trashcan icon next to that tier

  4. Save the block

Tags

  1. Setup > Event Settings > Manage Tags & Custom Data Fields

  2. Locate the tags you want to delete and click on the trash can icon next to them. Tags can also be deleted in bulk.

Limited Capacity

  1. Setup > Form Builder

  2. Open the settings drawer of your ticketing block and under the settings of separate product tiers disable limited capacity.

  3. Save the block.

Custom Questions

  1. Setup > Form Builder

  2. Locate the custom question block and click on the settings icon of that block.

  3. Select 'Remove' and confirm the intent to delete the block.

Waiver Custom Question Type

  1. Setup > Form Builder

  2. Locate the custom question block and click on the settings icon of that block.

  3. Select 'Remove' and confirm the intent to delete the block.

Secondary Event

  1. Setup > Form Builder

  2. Locate the secondary event block and click on its settings icon

  3. Select Remove and confirm the intent to delete the block

How to delete secondary event

Logo

  1. Setup > Form Builder > Update Form Theme

  2. Click on the trashcan icon in the logo section of the form theme

  3. Save the form theme.

Custom CSS

Custom CSS can be located in two places - Wall Theme and Form Theme. To remove:

  1. Setup > Event Wall / Form Builder > Update Wall Theme / Update Form Theme

  2. Under CSS section select 'Remove Custom CSS'.

  3. Save

Note From Guest

  1. Setup > Form Builder

  2. Locate the note block and click on its setting icon

  3. Select Remove and confirm the intent do delete the block

Offer Invitees Unlimited / "+X" Guests

  1. Invite List > Invitees

  2. Locate invitees that are allowed to bring unlimited or X additional guests and open their invitee modal

  3. Change the setting to 'None'

Additionally, you can choose to re-import your invite list. Make sure to update the 'Additional Guests' column properly and then repeat the import process.

  1. In the event left navigation menu locate Invite List and then select Settings

  2. Enable Invitee Name Editing and save the changes made.

Additional Language(s)

  1. Setup > Event Settings > Languages & Translations

  2. Click on the trashcan icon next to the additional language and confirm the intent to delete

Event Password / Invitee Passcodes

  1. Setup > Event Settings > Security & Passwords

  2. Under Password section select None and save the page.
