What are custom data fields?

Custom data fields are a method for storing and representing event attendee data. This feature allows event hosts to import extra information that they already have about their invitees (such as company name, job title, employee ID, etc).

How does it work?

Custom data fields can be imported when importing the invite list. Here are the steps:

  1. Create the invite list

  2. Add a custom data column (such as company name, job title, etc)

  3. In the import process create and map your custom data fields


  4. Proceed with the import

Managing Custom Data Fields

You can manage the custom data fields via Event Settings > Manage Tags & Custom Data Fields.

Under the 'Custom Data Fields' tab you can add, remove or rename existing data fields.
