After you've successfully submitted your credit card payment for any plan, we'll automatically send a receipt for your transaction to the email address associated with your RSVPify account.
If you subscribed to a recurring monthly plan (Starter, Plus or Professional), we'll automatically generate and send you a receipt each time your credit card is charged.
Didn't receive a receipt?
Your receipt might have been inadvertently nabbed by your SPAM filter. Please check.
Do you have any mail filters setup? Please check any folders that your receipt may have been directed to. If using Gmail, please click 'All Mail'.
If you can't locate your invoice in your email inbox, you can download one from your 'My Account' page.
In the top right corner of your screen click on the dropdown menu next to your profile picture and select 'My Account'
Go to the Billing tab of the My Account screen
Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you'll find your complete Billing History. Click 'View Invoice' to see the receipt of your payment.
Please note that if you are on a custom plan you won't be able to see your invoice in the My Account page. Please feel free to open a support ticket and we'd be glad to help!
