Export your RSVPs to a spreadsheet

Updated over a week ago

Export your registration data to a spreadsheet in a few easy steps:

Step 1:  Go to Reporting > Overview
In your event's left navigation menu, locate Reporting and then select Overview. Overview lets you have an insight into how many people registered for your event as well as the list of those who responded.

Step 2: Locate the 'Export' button
The Export button is located on the right side of your screen, about halfway down the page.

Step 3: Customize the export
You can customize which columns you want your export to contain. You can choose to export all columns and rows or only visible columns and filtered rows.

You can select which columns are to be exported by clicking on the columns button next to the export button. From there, mark all the column titles that you want to export to a spreadsheet.

Filtering the rows can be done once you click on the 'Add a Filter' button. You can filter by ticket or selection, add-on, tag, email address and name.

Step 4: Export

Click on the 'Export' button and wait for the export to start. When the export is done you'll be able to see all the registrations you have received.
