RSVPify offers a flexible refund policy to allow event hosts to try its premium features without having to commit to using its service. For technical reasons, RSVPify does not currently offer free trials of premium features, so this policy was designed to provide hosts with a much-needed trial window.  

If event hosts are not completely satisfied with the product or decide RSVPify just isn't the right fit for your event, RSVPify may provide a full refund if requested within 5 days of a first-time upgrade.

If, after upgrading, you decide that RSVPify isn't the right fit for your special event, we'll refund your upgrade price. 


Additional Terms

RSVPify will  not process refunds beyond 5 days from your original time of upgrade. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, and RSVPify reserves the right to refuse a refund request. 

  • Refunds will not be issued if the product or any element of the product (e.g. Guest Check-in) was used beyond reasonable trial purposes. 
  • Refund requests citing event cancelation or the inability to access a desired given feature on a selected plan tier will not be honored. 
  • Payments for custom plans and pricing are non-refundable.

Scheduled Subscription Renewals

RSVPify subscription customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription plans once their event(s) are finished and/or the service is no longer required.

Full or partial (prorated) credit card refunds will not be offered for active monthly subscriptions that have renewed and been charged as-scheduled. Renewal charges may be subject to an account credit as follows:

Monthly Subscription Renewals

On a case-by-case basis, RSVPify will consider offering an account credit that will be auto-applied to future invoices if your renewal transaction was within 72 hours of your subscription's cancelation and request for a credit.

Annual Subscription Renewals

Annual subscription renewals (billed in 12-month increments) may be paused and resumed at a later date free of charge or penalty within 5 days of a scheduled renewal. Annual renewals where the subscription has been canceled within 48 hours of renewal and the product has not been in recent use may be eligible for a refund of the renewal charge, less a 10% fee.

Please Note: RSVPify does not monitor the activity of individual accounts and does not proactively cancel a subscription account without receiving a direct request from the customer. The fact that a subscription account my have been inactive during billing period(s) is not grounds for a refund.

Refunds for Add-ons

Add-on purchases may be refundable on a case-by-case basis. 

Add-on RSVPs

  • Not individually refundable. 
  • Will be refunded along with Single Event refunds provided under our 5-day money back guarantee. 

Secondary Events

  • Not individually refundable. 
  • Will be refunded along with Single Event refunds provided under our 5-day money back guarantee. 

QR Codes

  • Not refundable.

Custom Domains

  • Not refundable.

Guest Check-in (a la carte)

  • Not refundable.

Custom Plans & Services

The purchase of customized plans or plans with special pricing (including non-profit pricing) is non-refundable. On a case-by-case basis, RSVPify may offer an account credit for an unused product or service.

The payment for any RSVPify services, including but not limited to graphic design, customization, email routing, email white-labeling, QR code export and consulting is non-refundable.

Ticket Service Fees

In the event that your guest requests a refund of their ticket purchase or you choose to cancel your event, you may choose to refund individual guest's orders following these steps.

RSVPify's service fees for the processing of a given order are non-refundable, and in the event that a ticket purchaser is refunded for their purchase of ticket(s) to your event, the associated RSVPify fee will not be refunded or credited to your Stripe account balance.

Credit Card Disputes

Depending on your bank and credit card issuer, customers may reserve the right to dispute an RSVPify charge with their bank or credit card company. RSVPify will investigate details of the dispute and your claim. 

If the charge(s) in question are deemed to be authorized and valid by RSVPify, RSVPify will submit evidence to your bank and/or credit card company that illustrates your authorized purchase or subscription intent and agreement to RSVPify's Terms of Service. Evidence may include your digital signature, IP address, access and activity logs, account screenshots, event details, billing timeline and activity, and cancelation logs. RSVPify may submit other evidence as it deems material to a given dispute claim.

RSVPify reserves the right to collect funds owed in the event that an authorized transaction is disputed and not resolved in RSVPify's favor by your bank or credit card issuer. 

RSVPify may choose to seek payment from the customer for any funds owed, in addition to reimbursement for any fees or penalties assessed due to a credit card dispute. RSVPify may choose to retain the services of a 3rd-party collection agency that may choose to report to select credit bureaus.  

Further, RSVPify reserves the right to seek compensation at its sole discretion for any damages and/or legal fees resulting from a dispute or failure to remit funds owed.
