RSVPify offers a very generous refund policy in an effort to enable event hosts to try its premium features without having to commit to using its service. For technical reasons, RSVPify does not currently offer free trials so this policy was designed to provide hosts with a much needed trial window.  

If event hosts are not completely satisfied with the product or decide RSVPify just isn't the right fit for your event, RSVPify will provide a full refund to anyone who requests their money back within 5 days of your upgrade.

Please note that we're unable to process refunds beyond 5 days from your original time of upgrade. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Refunds will not be issued if the product or any element of the product (e.g. Guest Check-in) was used beyond reasonable trial purposes. For more information, please consult our

Refunds for Subscription Renewals

RSVPify subscription customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription plans once their event(s) are finished and/or the service is no longer required.

Monthly Subscription Renewal

Full or partial (prorated) credit card refunds will not be offered for active subscriptions that have been renewed.

On a case-by-case basis, RSVPify will consider offering an account credit for use with a future event if your renewal transaction was within 5 days of your subscription's cancelation and request for a credit.

Annual Subscription Renewal

If your annual plan is canceled within 5 days of renewal, and the product was not in active use during this 5-day period, a prorated refund equal to 11 months of service may be offered. Please contact us after you've canceled your subscription. 

Annual plans not canceled within 5 days of renewal will not be offered a refund.

If hosting a one-time, one-off event, we recommend selecting our Single Event plan, which is a one-time, non-renewing plan that provides one year of premium service from the date of upgrade.

Please note that RSVPify does not monitor the activity of individual accounts and does not proactively cancel a subscription account without receiving a direct request from the customer. The fact that a subscription account my have been inactive during billing period(s) is not grounds for a refund.

Refunds for Add-ons

Add-on purchases may be refundable on a case-by-case basis. 

Add-on RSVPs

  • Not individually refundable. 
  • Will be refunded along with Single Event refunds provided under our 5-day money back guarantee. 

Secondary Events

  • Not individually refundable. 
  • Will be refunded along with Single Event refunds provided under our 5-day money back guarantee. 

QR Codes

  • Not refundable.

Custom Domains

  • Not refundable.

Guest Check-in (a la carte)
