Email credits limit the number of emails you can send out per month on a given plan. This includes any email sent out from the email tool. It does not include automated emails such as email confirmations or automatic reminders.

1 email credit = 1 email sent

We provide a monthly allotment of email credits in an effort to mitigate the risk of spammers using our platform to mass distribute harmful emails. There is also a monetary cost to each email processed, as we use a third-party enterprise partner to process our emails to ensure maximum deliverability.

1. In the top right corner of your screen click on the dropdown menu next to your profile picture and select 'My Account'

2. Locate 'Email Credits' bar and read how many credits you have left
