I tested out my event and received a double confirmation email for my registration. How do I fix This?

If you tested out your event registration experience and received a double confirmation email, you likely used the same email address that is associated with your RSVPify account to register for the event.

No worries - this won't happen to your guests! What you actually received is:

  1. The confirmation email that all your guests receive when they submit a registration for your event:

  2. Registration notification that you receive as the event host each time someone submits a registration for your event:
