How do I check-in guests from a desktop or laptop computer by scanning a QR code?

It's quick and easy to handle event registration from any desktop or laptop computer with a camera.

For the best experience, make sure you have updated to the most recent version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

  1. Navigate to RSVPify's Check-in Suite

  2. Access your event and click on the 'QR code scanner' button

  3. Grant RSVPify access to use your computer's camera

  4. Hold an RSVPify QR code in front of your camera

  5. Once successfully scanned, a new tab modal will show automatically

  6. You can choose to check in the whole group automatically or view group details to check-in guests one by one. When the checkmark icon turns green, the guests will be successfully checked-in
