Event hosts need to have an easy way to remove an RSVP from their event, particularly when setting up and testing the event. Deleting can be done from your Dashboard:

Manually deleting registrations

Step 1: Navigate to Dashboard > Overview
In your event's left navigation menu, locate Dashboard, and then select Overview. Dashboard Overview allows you to keep track of the RSVPs for your event.

Step 2: Locate the RSVP you want to delete
The list of the RSVPs is located at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down to find the RSVP you want to delete or find it by typing the name in the search bar. Click on the RSVP once you have located it.

Step 3: Delete
After clicking on the RSVP, you'll see a box with all of the information your guests have entered when RSVPing for your event. Click on the three dots in the upper left corner of the box and click 'Delete Group'. After you confirm your intent to delete the group, the RSVP will be removed.

If the removal process has been successful you'll receive a notification in the bottom left corner of your screen saying the group and all data associated with it have been deleted.

Deleting individual members of a group

It is also possible to delete individual members of an invitee group rather than the whole group. This is done in a similar way to how the group itself is deleted. You need to enter Dashboard > Overview. After locating the group a member of which needs to be deleted, you click on a name in that group and go to the edit button. Once you are able to edit, all you need to do is click on the bin next to the name of the guest and their registration will be deleted as soon as the changes are saved.

Deleting in bulk

To delete all registrations/RSVPs, tick the box next to the 'First Name' column, click on the Actions button and select Delete. The responses will be deleted once you confirm your intent to delete them.
