The list of titles is fully customizable. Here's how to update your list of titles:

Step 1: Locate Titles&Salutations in your Event Settings
In your event's left navigation menu, locate and then select Event Settings. From there, select Titles&Salutations.

Step 2: Add a new title
You'll see the list of available titles and salutations. If you need to add more of them, click on 'Add Tittle' and write the title you want to include in your list and then confirm you want to create that title.

To remove the title you don't need in your list, click on the trashcan icon next to the title. You can add (and remove) as many titles as you want.
