Sometimes not all of your invitees will RSVP to your event by the time you expected them to. When this happens, it might be necessary to send them reminders so they don't miss the RSVP deadline.
How do I send my guests reminders to RSVP?
Step 1:
The first thing you need to do when sending your guests a reminder to RSVP is to enter the email tool where the reminder email will be composed. The email builder is located in Email Communications > New Email > Compose Email.
Step 2:
After entering the email builder you will need to create your reminder email. The best way to go about this is to include the RSVP button in the email message for easy access to your event website.
Step 3:
Enter the 'Select Recipients' section of the email builder. Once there, choose to email only those invitees who have yet to respond to your event.
Step 4:
Once all the aforementioned steps are completed, you can go ahead and send the email reminder to your guests.
