When you cancel, here's what happens:
Future billing stops, so you won't be charged again.
You keep full premium access through the end of your current billing period.
Partial billing periods aren't prorated.
For example, if you started a monthly plan on January 1 and canceled on January 2, you'd keep paid access through February 1.
How to cancel from your account
In the top right corner of your screen, click the dropdown menu next to your profile picture and select My Account.
Under the Current Plan section, click Cancel Subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription Now to stop future billing.
Follow the prompts until you receive confirmation of your cancellation. You'll also have the chance to change your plan if it would better suit your event needs.
Cancel by online form
If you can't access your RSVPify account or would prefer not to, you can cancel using our cancellation request form. To verify account ownership, include:
Email address
Last 4 digits of the credit card on file
The billing address associated with your credit card
Full name of the account holder
If these details are missing or don't match what's on file, we won't be able to cancel on your behalf.
Cancel by email (California, USA)
California residents may request cancellation by email to [email protected]. To verify account ownership, include:
Email address
Last 4 digits of the credit card on file
The billing address associated with your credit card
Full name of the account holder
If these details are missing or don't match what's on file, we won't be able to cancel on your behalf.
What happens after you cancel
You'll keep premium access until the end of the billing period you've paid for. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the free plan.
⚠️ Heads-up: Once your account downgrades to the free plan, you'll lose access to the events you created while on a premium plan. Be sure to export or finish anything you need before your billing period ends.
