Open the form theme editor
In your event's left navigation menu, select Form Builder.
Click Update Form Theme at the top of the Form Builder.
In the Background section, select Add a Background Image.
In the Upload Background Image window, drag and drop your file or select Browse to upload one from your computer. You can also reuse a file from My Images or choose one from the Stock Image Library.
Once your image uploads, use Crop Image to adjust it if needed, then select Add Image to confirm.
Prefer a solid color? Select Color from the dropdown menu instead, then choose a color from the color picker.
Save and preview
Click Save to apply your changes, then select View Event to see the update live.
Note: The background image will appear in the theme preview panel while editing, but not on the Form Builder page itself. Check View Event to confirm it looks right.
Image requirements
Your background image must be a .jpg or .png file under 2 MB. For the best experience, we recommend 1290 px wide by 1830 px tall.
