What options does RSVPify provide for event badge printing?

RSVPify offers three badge printing options: on-site sticker printing with a supported Brother QL label printer, pre-printed full-color badges through Billy's Badges, and professional on-site printing with ExpoPass.

Option 1: On-site Badge Sticker Printing

Using RSVPify's check-in system and a connected badge sticker printer, you can print event badge stickers directly from RSVPify as each guest checks in.

These sticker badges can be applied to existing pre-printed event badge templates or worn directly by event guests.

Supported printers

RSVPify supports Brother QL label printers. We recommend the Brother QL-820NWB.

Recommended label stock: 2-3/7" x 100' (62mm continuous roll).

On-demand printing runs through the RSVPify Desktop App on Windows or macOS. For full setup steps, badge template design and label details, see How to Create and Print Event Badges.

❗ Printing directly from a Brother QL printer supports black only (plus red on compatible media), and background colors aren't supported. For full-color designs, use pre-printed badges or the PDF export option.

Option 2: Pre-printed Full-color Professional Event Badges

Export your RSVPify guest list and upload it to Billy’s Badges, RSVPify’s preferred badge printing partner. From there, you can design and order high-quality, full-color pre-printed badges for your attendees. Badges can be shipped directly to your team or event venue and are fully-compatible with RSVPify’s on-site check-in solutions.

Additional blank badges can be included for late or on-site registrants and are fully compatible with RSVPify’s on-site sticker badge printing system.

Option 3: On-Site Badge Printing with RSVPify + ExpoPass

Use RSVPify’s event registration and guest management tools in tandem with ExpoPass’ advanced on-site badge printing solutions. Attendees can check in and instantly print their badge at the event using ExpoPass’ professional-grade equipment—perfect for larger conferences or events requiring real-time flexibility.
