By default, your RSVP form is served using standard HTTP protocol. You can, however, set your RSVP to leverage a secure HTTPS connection.

Embedded RSVP Form

By default, your embedded form does not leverage a secure connection. To enable a secure connection for your embedded RSVP, follow these instructions (available in RSVPify 2.0 only):

  1. Open your event. Go to Setup > General Options
  2. Click the Get Embed Code button
  3. Click the toggle button to HTTPs On
  4. Copy and paste the embed code onto your website

Using the RSVPify URL

(available in RSVPify 1.0 and 2.0)

All RSVPify event URLs are SSL-enabled, meaning you can simply add an 's' to http (https://) and you'll be connected to the form over a secure connection.

If you'd like to force guests to connect securely, we'd recommend either (1) setting up a URL shortener for your even or (2) purchasing a custom domain. This way, you won't have to rely on guests to include the 's' when typing in your URL. If you're sharing your RSVP link digitally, simply add the 's.'
