Scenario: You're planning an event similar to a past event and want to save yourself some leg work by copying over the same design preferences and event settings to an entirely new event.

Solution: You can clone the design options and settings from a previous event into an completely new event. Guest lists and RSVPs will not be copied over, so you can begin with an entirely clean slate.

  1. Navigate to your 'My Events' page.
  2. Click the fly-out button in the upper right of your event.
  3. Select 'Clone Event.'
  4. Select the the title, start/end date, subdomain, & location for your cloned event. 
  5. If your previous event had a guest list, you can check the box to copy the guest list over to your new event. (shown below)

How to copy over the guest list:

Note that if you are copying over an event with premium features, you will need to either have a subscription plan to upgrade multiple events, or purchase a single event credit BEFORE cloning your event.
