While there are several places where our event host's include these details about their events (see this link for a detailed overview of all of the options of where to list event details), the Confirmation Page and the Confirmation Emails are 2 places which are perfectly suited to provide your guests with hotel and registry information. Here is a brief overview but you can always scroll down for additional details on each of these options. 

1. Confirmation Page: via Setup > Confirmation Page

  • You can add hotel & registry information event details to the last page in the registration process and include custom buttons to any external website where your registry

2. Confirmation Emails:  via Setup > Emails & Notifications

  • Premium users can customize the confirmation emails your guests receive after submitting their RSVP. It's a great opportunity to remind them to book their hotels, provide an overview of lodging options, and include links to your room block. It's also a natural place to 'gently' remind them of where you're registered (and provide links to make it seamless).

Confirmation Page: Additional Details

The confirmation page is the last page your guests will see which will include a summary of their response details for all the guests in their Party. This page is fully customizable and is a great place to include a bunch of relevant details, especially hotel room / block details (and links!) as well as links to your registry. You can include these external links in text form but many of our users like to add them as Buttons!

Confirmation Emails: Additional Details

Another great place to add relevant details about your event (and reminders / links to the all important registry and hotel block details) is in the confirmation emails your guests receive after submitting their RSVP. These can be customized via Setup > Emails & Communications and can be unique / distinct for accepts vs. declines. Note that customizing these emails is reserved for premium users. Here are the steps:
