If another user invited you to help them manage their event on RSVPify, but after signing up (or logging in) you don't see the shared event...

  1. Ask the event's owner to try to delete and re-add you to the event.
  2. Double check that you and the event's owner are using the same email address. Ensure you're logging into the correct RSVPify account.
  3. If you still can't access a shared event, please ask the event's owner to reach out to us. We'll need: (1) URL of the event, (2) Email address of the user the event was shared with. For security purposes, this request must come from the account owner.
