If another user invited you to help them manage their event on RSVPify, but after signing up (or logging in) you don't see the shared event...
- Ask the event's owner to try to delete and re-add you to the event.
- Double check that you and the event's owner are using the same email address. Ensure you're logging into the correct RSVPify account.
- If you still can't access a shared event, please ask the event's owner to reach out to us. We'll need: (1) URL of the event, (2) Email address of the user the event was shared with. For security purposes, this request must come from the account owner.
