Scenario: You're planning an event similar to a past event and want to save yourself some leg work by copying over the same design preferences and event settings to an entirely new event.
Solution: You can clone the design options and settings from a previous event into an completely new event. Guest lists and RSVPs will not be copied over, so you can begin with an entirely clean slate.
- Navigate to your 'My Events' page.
- Click the fly-out button in the upper right of your event.
- Select 'Clone Event.'
- Select the the title, start/end date, subdomain, & location for your cloned event.
- If your previous event had a guest list, you can check the box to copy the guest list over to your new event. (shown below)
How to copy over the guest list:
Note that if you are copying over an event with premium features, you will need to either have a subscription plan to upgrade multiple events, or purchase a single event credit BEFORE cloning your event.
