You transaction might not have gone through...no problem, though.
Did you receive a confirmation page after your upgrade as well a receipt and invoice? If not, chances are that your transaction failed at the last minute. Please double-check that your name, address, and CVV code are an exact match to your credit card account -- and give it another try! If your transaction still won't go through, please let us know and we'd be glad to help.
Do you have an existing 'free' event?
If you have an existing 'free' event, your Single Event upgrade upgrade is automatically applied to your existing 'free' event, upgrading it to premium. If you'd like to create a new event with your upgrade, please simply delete your old 'free' event. Once you've deleted that event, you should have no issues in creating and managing your new event which will come with all of the premium features that come with upgraded plans!
