When managing check-in activities, it is not necessary to create a new event in your dashboard for each check-in. Instead, you can use the following method to streamline the process:
Reset guests to 'Unseen'
Once the check-in/ out for the event session has been completed, in the check-in app, navigate to the settings section and reset guests to 'Unseen'.
Do note that 'Clear All check-in history' will delete the check-in history completely. If you'd like to maintain the check-in history click the 'Reset to Unseen' option only.
2. Launch the Check-In App for a New Event/Session:
To initiate a new check-in, simply launch the check-in app. You can use the same QR code for each check-in, regardless of whether it's a new event or a recurring session. By doing so, all check-in data will be stored and associated with the relevant event.
