To collect allergies and sensitivities, add a Custom Question to your registration form.
Go to your event's Form Builder.
Add the Custom Question block to the form.
For the best collection and display of data, we recommend:
Set the Custom Question type to single-line text.
Set the question to be asked of each attendee.
Leave the question optional. Making it required would force guests without dietary restrictions to respond.
