Getting a receipt for your RSVPify subscription

This article explains how to find or download a receipt for any RSVPify payment.

Automatic receipts

After a successful credit card payment, RSVPify automatically sends a receipt to the email address associated with your account.

If you are on a recurring monthly plan (Starter, Plus, or Professional), a receipt is automatically generated and sent each time your card is charged.

Receipt not in your inbox?

If you did not receive a receipt, check the following:

  • Your spam or junk folder may have caught the email.

  • Any mail filters you have set up may have redirected it. If you use Gmail, check All Mail.

Downloading a receipt from your account

If you cannot locate the receipt in your email, you can download it directly from your My Account page.

  1. Click the dropdown menu next to your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen and select My Account.

  2. Then go to the Billing tab.

  3. Click View Invoice next to the relevant payment to open your receipt.

šŸ’” Note: If you are on a custom plan, invoices may not appear in the My Account page. Contact RSVPify support and the team will be happy to help.
